We’re Puro Humo — three friends brought together by a love of fire, food, and the gatherings that happen around them. What started as a shared passion has grown into a new venture, blending rustic cooking over open flames with the joy of sharing meals in good company. We’re just at the beginning of this journey and excited to see where it leads, connecting with people and creating moments that feel as real and memorable as the food itself.

Puro Humo means “pure smoke” in Spanish — a nod to the fire and flavour at the heart of what we do. In Argentina, it’s also slang for making things up as you go, a reminder to stay resourceful, adaptable, and creative.

For us, it’s about trusting the process and enjoying the journey — always led by fire, food, and friends.
